Commission MUST be paid up front before I will start any work. Payment is only accepted via Cashapp or Paypal at this time!

My turn around time will always be no later than a month unless communicated beforehand. This is a faster turn around than most artists.

You must provide a clear and understandable reference of your character, I have full rights to deny a commission if I do not feel I can understand what I am drawing.

I’ll provide an estimated start date at the beginning of the service. This may change due to real-life circumstances and could begin earlier or later. If delayed, I’ll inform you and advise of a new start day and stick to the updated start time. At that point, no further delays on start day will occur on my end otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

I’ll send multiple work-in-progress updates, depending on the commission type. An initial sketch or linework will be sent for your approval; this is the time to request any changes. Once approved, no further edits to the lines will be made. The same system applies to color. No edits will be done after the commission is completed.

If you violate ANY PART of my TOS after a purchase, you will no longer be able to commission me, and I am entitled to add you to my blacklist if I deem it necessary and/or make an announcement on the situation.

I’ll always communicate thoroughly and ask that you do the same. If anything I say is unclear, feel free to ask for clarification. Please share specific requests (pose, expression, clothing, etc.) before payment.

Be respectful when awaiting commissions. I will NOT tolerate any sort of rushing, rude comments, or passive aggressiveness.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if I feel it is necessary. Depending on the circumstances and the progress made on the piece, a partial refund may be issued, or no refund at all. Please understand that your behavior directly affects my ability to work. If a hostile or unworkable environment is created, no full refund will be available.

I have not started the commission by the SECOND estimate given. (Full refund)

I feel it is necessary to do so given any sort of rushing/rudeness/passive-aggressiveness as stated in communication. (Partial/no refund)

We have both agreed I am not able to provide you with what you are looking for. (Partial to full refund)

As the artist, I retain full rights and commercial use of all commissioned artwork. This includes the right to post and use it as part of my portfolio or examples of my work, without additional watermarking—unless otherwise discussed before payment. If you wish for your commission to remain private or not be posted, you must request this in advance and pay an agreed-upon additional fee.

You have full rights to post the art as you'd like with correct credits to me as the artist at all times. (Banners, profile pictures, on social media like instagram or toyhouse, etc.)

You may not claim commissions or designs I make as your own work.

No one other than the person who owns the art and the character in the art at any point in time, or myself can use the art.

You may not draw over the art or add anything to it.

You may not remove or edit over my watermark.

You can purchase the copyright/commercial rights to use the artwork as you wish, but this must be discussed with me beforehand as it entails an additional fee. Commercial use includes (but isn’t limited to) merch, streaming emotes, or use in monetized content such as YouTube videos.

If you do NOT purchase the commercial rights from me and use the art for anything listed above, you will be in direct violation of my copyright.

Do NOT sell the art or designs I make for more than what you paid for. If you got it for free, the value of the art in question is $0. If it is a design and you have added art to it, only charge for what you have paid for.

I will NOT do rush commissions without a discussion before payment. Whichever commission is at the top of my list has been waiting longest and will be top priority.

If I do agree to a rush commission, a fee will be discussed for the price of my extra time I am taking away from my personal life to get the work done. The price will be whatever I feel is fair for the amount of work, and what I feel my personal time is worth for the hours I will give up.
